Added a health pack

It was easier than expected. Health packs are dropped after defeating a wave of enemies now. Next I will probably work in the waves. It's not fun that each one has one more enemy than the one before because it quickly devolves into too many enemies and not a way to dodge or win. I would probably reset the enemies after 5. Maybe they could be tougher versions.
